About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of okiwam.store (“Site”) and any purchases from us. By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, or placing an order, you (“user”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase our products.

We strive for accurate, detailed product descriptions (dimensions, materials, colors, functionality). If you have questions (e.g., “Is this sofa outdoor-safe?”), contact service@okiwam.store before purchasing—we do not guarantee error-free descriptions.

2. Product Images

Images are displayed to reflect product appearance, but device monitor settings (brightness, contrast) may cause color differences. Images may include non-included accessories (e.g., throw pillows)—always check the product description for included items.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in the specified currency (e.g., USD, EUR) and exclude taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees (except for explicitly stated “Free Shipping”). We reserve the right to change prices anytime—changes do not affect already confirmed orders (those with an order confirmation email).

4. Availability

Availability is indicated on the Site (e.g., “In Stock,” “Out of Stock,” “Pre-Order”). We may limit purchase quantities (to prevent reselling) or discontinue products. If an ordered product becomes unavailable post-confirmation, we notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative.

Order Placement & Confirmation

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request changes/cancellations only if the order is unshipped—contact us with your order number. Shipped orders cannot be changed/canceled; follow our Return & Refund Policy for returns.

Billing & Payment

You agree to provide accurate, current billing details (name as on payment method, address, card number/expiration) to verify payment and comply with regulations.

2. Payment Methods

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and third-party services (e.g., PayPal). All payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant providers—we never store full credit card details.

3. Payment Authorization

By ordering, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount (including taxes, shipping, fees). If payment is declined, we notify you to provide an alternative—orders with unpaid balances after 7 days may be canceled.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Indemnification

Severability

If any Term is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it is enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and remaining Terms remain valid.

Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us:

Your Termination: Cease Site use and close your account to terminate.
Our Termination: Immediate termination for Term violations. Post-termination, you must stop Site use—we may deny future access.

Obligations incurred pre-termination (e.g., payment for orders, indemnification) survive termination.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and referenced policies (Privacy, Shipping, Return & Refund) constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior oral/written communications or proposals.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, excluding conflict of laws principles. Disputes arising from these Terms are resolved in Chinese courts.

Changes to These Terms

We update Terms by posting revised versions on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes are notified to account holders via email. Continued Site use post-update constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
